My wonderful husband and I went to Everett last weekend to go whale watching. We stayed in the historical district in a wonderful B&B, and enjoyed a walk through the district. I find these homes amazing, and could not tell you which one I would choose if my hubby would want to buy me one of them. Granted, they are not as old as some of the houses in Europe, but they do have charm.
This one would make a great quilting retreat home.
The weather was wonderful, and the rhodys and Japanese cherry trees were in full bloom.

Aaah, porches. That would be lovely. There's nothing in the world better than sitting on the front porch on a summer's eve, watching people go by. I've got to figure out how to get one at the front of my house.
Karen, that is what my husband said. He loves the old homes with the wrap around porches.
I got to drive through Everett once. My dad lived there as a child. It is so very pretty!! Glad you had a good day!
