Our quilt guild has twice a year a sewing weekend, and I managed to go yesterday.
One of our members was giving a class on how to make these cats. I made the bigger one ( boy cat ) last year at her class, but decided that he needed a girl cat to keep him company. So made him a girl friend. I call them my french cats, Hugo and Chicci. I hope my land lord won't find out, we are not allowed to have pets.
Unsere Guilde macht zweimal im Jahr ein Naehwochenende, und ich habe es gestern geschafft dort hinzugehen. Eine liebe Mitgliederin hat es uns ermoeglicht diese Katzen zu machen. Die groessere Katze ( der Bub ) hatte ich letztes Jahr in ihrem Kurs schon gemacht, aber ich wollte ihm eine Freundin machen. Ich nenne die beiden meine Franzosen Katzen, Hugo und Chicci. Ich hoffe mein Vermieter findet das nicht heraus, wir duerfen naemlich keine Haustiere haben in unserer Wohnung.

It was fun to see your cat come alive - and I just hope Hugo will not realize that Chicci fell in love with Angela's cat ;-)))
